which have been with K.A.Rylance & Associates for a
number of years, and share the age-old Company ethos

We are an established company of surveyors in Surrey providing
topographical surveys and measured building surveys to a wide
range of clients.

Our primary location is Woking, Surrey in the South-East of
England but our network covers all of the U.K.

Our aim over the years has been to provide our clients with the
best and most suitable survey data, always listening to
requirements, and producing a final product that allows key
decisions to be made confidently and with peace of mind.

Our clients range from private individuals to Architects and
Consulting Engineers, Local and National Developers, Statutory
